SAP EWM Consultant

SAP EWM Consultant required to join a leading organization in the US, working on a large scale S/4HANA programme.
6 month contract with extensions and requires 4 days on-site per week.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in SAP, with at least 5 years specializing in SAP EWM and WM.
- At least 2 end-to-end project implementations in SAP EWM, with strong hands-on configuration experience.
- Proven experience in configuring and optimizing Cartonization, Quality Inspection Engine, Warehouse Order Optimization Rules, and Quantity Classifications.
- Expertise in integrating SAP with external WMS systems (via IDocs, APIs, etc.), including 3PL integrations.
- Solid understanding of SAP EWM processes, including Inbound/Outbound, Internal Movements, Warehouse Master Data, Cycle Counting, and Kitting.
- Hands-on experience with SAP WM including storage types, putaway strategies, stock removal, and handling unit management.
- In-depth knowledge of complex WM/EWM processes such as replenishment, wave management, and stock management.
- Experience working with high-volume, multi-product warehouses, including batch and serialized products.
- Expertise in SAP EWM module configuration, including warehouse structure, storage bins, and handling unit management.
- Solid experience in integrating SAP with other SAP modules (SD, MM, PP, QM, FI) and external systems.
- Experience in using tools like LSMW, IDocs, ALE/EDI for data migration and monitoring.
- Familiarity with RF configuration, ITS mobile devices, and label printing integration (RFID, 2D, Linear).
- Strong understanding of SAP's Post Processing Framework (PPF) and cross-process exception handling.
- Ability to manage and resolve daily queue management tasks across both SAP ECC and EWM systems.
- Expertise in customizing movement types, wave templates, and batch/serial management processes.
- Experience developing functional design specifications and working closely with security teams for roles and authorization.
- Preferred: Knowledge of TMS Integration.
